A new review facility ....

Candidates will now see a 'Leave a Review' button in their 'My Courses' list once they have completed a course. They can submit a star rating and written feedback on their course and learning experience with reviews appearing on the eportal homepage.  

Electronic detailed evaluation questionnaires will still be automatically received by candidates at the end of their course. These detailed questionnaires, once completed, provide important information to help BAFSA ensure courses remain fit for purpose and meet industry expectations
